Cashless Lunch Ordering System
I am writing to inform you of the changes that will be taking place for the ordering and payment of School Lunches from 09/03/2020.
The document with all of the information on how this works is attached below. It explains in detail how to register your child/ren and gives you step by step instructions on how to order and pay for your child’s lunches. Please note you must order lunches 7 days in advance, which is why we have allowed 3 weeks for you to register.
Even if your child/ren are entitled to Free School Meals or are included in the Government Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme you still need to register them to enable their lunch request to appear on the register that will be printed off to pass to the kitchen.
We appreciate that you may have questions and in some cases will need some assistance with the set up process, so we will be available to help you after February half term during the week prior to the changeover. Please feel free to come into the office for guidance, and we will do our very best to help you.
